Shipping & returns policy



  1.     No return, only exchange
  2. Exchange request should be sent via email (contact only within 24 hrs once parcel received with proper reasons and photo
  3.     If approved, then the customer needs to send the product to the office and the customer has to bear shipment charges for the return.
  4.     Once we receive, parcel, a new Blouse of the same color and same design will be shipped which was ordered initially.


Exchange Reasons:

  1.     Product received different size chart or design
  2.     Product received damaged


The condition under which return possible:

  1.     The product should not be used
  2.     No Wear and tear
  3.     The product should not be dry cleaned or washed
  4.     The tag should not be removed
  5.     The product should not be damaged or torn
  6.     The product should be sent with original packaging


When Order can be cancelled

  1.     Order can be cancelled before shipment
  2.     Once the shipment is done, the order cannot be cancelled
  3.     Refund if any will be made within  7 to 10  working days in the bank account from which payment made
